When you use AI-powered features, relevant classroom content may be processed to generate summaries, questions, answers, explanations, or other teaching materials. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it with students.

DidactPal is intended for teacher-led classroom use. Students may participate using display names and session responses. Teachers and schools are responsible for obtaining any required permissions before using DidactPal with students.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, email, or operate DidactPal. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. You may request account deletion from within the app where available or by contacting us.
