Use of DidactPal
DidactPal is designed to help teachers create AI-assisted classroom materials, manage quizzes, and run live learning sessions. You may use the service only for lawful educational, administrative, or evaluation purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Teacher and school responsibilities
If you use DidactPal with students, you are responsible for complying with the policies of your school or organization and any laws that apply to your use of student information. You should only upload content and invite participants when you have the right to do so.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of syllabi, classroom materials, prompts, quiz content, student responses, and other content you upload or create. You grant DidactPal the rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service.
AI-generated content
DidactPal may generate questions, answers, summaries, explanations, or other materials using AI. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular classroom. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before relying on it or sharing it with students.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse DidactPal, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that could damage DidactPal, users, students, schools, or third parties.
Third-party services
DidactPal may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email, AI processing, and other operational needs. Your use of the service may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers where applicable.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of DidactPal at any time. We may also change these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to DidactPal if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using DidactPal at any time.
Disclaimers
DidactPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate.
